Terms & Conditions – Maple Immigration Service
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Maple Immigration Service. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Maple Immigration Service provides consultancy and assistance for immigration-related matters, including but not limited to:
- a) Skilled Immigration
- b) Business Immigration
- c) Job Seeker Visas
- d) Visit Visas
- e) Study Visa Programs
- f) Spousal Visas
We offer guidance across multiple immigration pathways; however, we do not guarantee visa approval.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- a) Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- b) Submit all required documents in a timely manner
- c) Inform us of any changes in personal circumstances
- d) Follow instructions provided by our consultants
Failure to comply may result in delays or rejection of applications, for which we are not responsible.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Maple Immigration Service acts as a consultancy service only. Final decisions regarding visas and immigration applications are made solely by relevant immigration authorities. We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or outcomes.
4. Fees and Payments
- a) All service fees must be paid as agreed before or during service delivery
- b) Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
- c) Government fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs are separate and must be borne by the client
5. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under conditions clearly stated in a written agreement. No refunds will be issued for:
- a) Visa refusals by authorities
- b) Delays caused by incomplete documentation
- c) Changes in immigration laws or policies
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities or partners for application processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maple Immigration Service shall not be held liable for:
- a) Visa rejections or delays
- b) Changes in immigration rules, policies, or regulations
- c) Actions or decisions made by immigration authorities
- d) Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
8. Third-Party Services
We may work with third-party service providers (e.g., translators, legal advisors). We are not responsible for their actions, delays, or service outcomes.
9. Communication
Clients agree to maintain regular communication and respond promptly to requests. Maple Immigration Service is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client response.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- a) The client provides false or misleading information
- b) The client fails to comply with terms or payment obligations
- c) There is misuse of our services
11. Changes to Terms
Maple Immigration Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
