Both federal and provincial/territorial governments offer assistance to business immigrants, helping them establish businesses and settle in Canada through different entrepreneur immigration streams.

The immigration pathways are aimed at foreign nationals with a track record of business ownership and management who wish to invest their skill and capital into business ventures within their chosen province.

3. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) enables Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who want to immigrate to Canada and are interested in settling in a specific province. These programs are popular due to the provinces’ ability to make considerable adjustments in their nomination processes to attract people within demand NOCs.

4. PERSONNEL SUPPORT WORKER (PSW)

Can give who are hired employment by a Canadian employer, can work full-time and accumulate the minimum 2 years Canadian work experience, after which they are eligible to apply for Permanent Residency. This falls under a category exempt from LIMA requirement.

After accumulating 2 years qualifying work experience, they may apply for Permanent Residency from within Canada. FAMILY CLASS

As a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident aged 19 or older, you can sponsor certain relatives to immigrate to Canada enabling them to live, study, and work here.

1. SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

Canadian citizen and Permanent Resident aged 19 or older have the ability to sponsor their spouses, common law partner or conjugal partners for Permanent Residency in Canada allowing them to reside together as Permanent Residents.

2. DEPENDENT CHILD APPLICATION

This program enables Canadian citizen or Permanent residents to sponsor their dependent children allowing them to join and reside permanently in Canada.

3. PARENT’S & GRANDPARENT’S SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

To promote family unity, Canadian citizen and Permanent Residents can sponsor their parents and grand parents under the family class sponsorship program, enabling them to immigrate and reside permanently in Canada.
